Scheme rules

Member retailers are required at all times to comply with the Scheme rules in the operation of the Take it away scheme. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.


Applications for 2009

The deadline for receipt of applications from retailers interested in participating in the scheme from 2009, was 28 November 2008. We cannot accept applications now for 2009. Take it away logo and brand guidelines

Member retailers are welcome to use the Take it away logo on marketing and promotional material to promote the availability of the service at your stores. Please ensure that you read the Take it away brand guidelines carefully for guidance on the use of the logo and legal requirements for the advertising of credit products.

Logo versions

The Take it away logo must always be used in conjunction with the Arts Council funding mark. For further information on the use of the Arts Council logo please click here.


Take it away marketing collateral and point of sale materials

Member retailers and other organisation that may wish to publicise Take it away through the display of posters and leaflets are welcome to request supplies free of charge from Arts Council England.

Please refer to the Communication Catalogue for lists of available materials. Member retailers should use the POS order form. All other organisations should use the External Order form and post or email to takeitaway@artscouncil.org.uk
